Who We Are Our motto “BE INDEPENDENT...DRINK LOCAL” is what we are all about...supporting the local independent businesses in our community. That is why we get our freshly roasted Organic & Fair Trade beans from a small batch local roaster who takes pride in their roasting. We get our bakery from a small artisan bakery that makes every piece of bakery with love. It is our belief that if you support the local independent businesses in your community not only will it give each and everyone of us a better sense of community but it also keeps our community unique and that is what makes San Diego a great place to live.
