Rustic Coffee is now open at Canyon Square! Taking over the iconic Airstream is Tara Amiel, a Rustic Canyon local with deep experience in the restaurant/cafe business on the East Coast and in LA. "I'm so excited about this. Food is in my blood, and I've wanted to do a coffee place locally for years.
