We’ve come a long way from boiling chicory in a campfire pot. There’s a new high craft, full-service coffee bar in town that distills the finest cup of black gold this side of Cripple Creek. With beans roasted right here in the Springs by our friends at Hold Fast, we’re brewing up the perfect cup of coffee but that isn’t all we have to cure what ails you. We’re serving a full menu of tasty breakfast and lunch items, along with a selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and a range of potions and tinctures to elevate your mood, boost wellness and much more. All in the new lobby of the Mining Exchange Hotel.
