Founded in 2017, and based in the mountains of Evergreen Colorado, Bivouac Coffee seeks to decrease the environmental impact of global coffee production through specialization in craft natural coffee processing, regenerative organic farming techniques and sustainable roasting practice. Bivouac is the first US-based coffee company to exclusively roast environmentally friendly, naturally processed coffees, from adventurous origins around the world.
