Peregrine was created with two purposes in mind: supplying and roasting only the highest scoring coffees available and supporting missionaries all over the world. You'll never drink a cup of coffee from Peregrine that was rated lower than 85 from the farm. We maintain a practice that seeks to honor the individuals who worked very hard at the farm-level to make this final product what it is. We are honored at their hard work, and thankful to give their hard work the recognition it deserves through roasting it with care and attaching their name to the product itself.
