Pop Kitchen & Events is an innovative cafe/coffee house, shared kitchen/culinary incubator and boutique event space. We are located at 2902 West Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 in the historic Old Colorado City City Hall. We offer craft coffee/botanical tea/light breakfast and pastries throughout our house from 8-10:30 AM T-Sat followed by continued coffee bar service until 3:00 PM on our first floor and a seated teahouse lunch in Estrella our second floor dining room. We are thrilled to feature innovative pop-up events with our shared kitchen customers from our to-go Dutch Door and by reservation in our dining rooms. We specialize in small boutique events for 8-40 with in-house and preferred catering.
