BAM Coffee was born out of the dream and faith of Matt and Staci, inspired by their three children. After years of successfully running a beef cattle ranch and market garden in the Pacific Northwest, Matt woke up one morning in 2022 with a feeling that could only be described as divine inspiration: “Let’s move to Florida.” That feeling was confirmed during a visit to Pensacola in November, where they instantly fell in love with the community, the people, and, of course, the beaches. Taking a leap of faith, Matt and Staci sold everything and made the move to Pensacola, determined to bring something special to the area. BAM Coffee was born out of their passion for specialty coffee and creating genuine, friendly connections with people.
