Stitch Coffee is a family-owned coffee shop by Dave and Geralyn Hickey, along with their daughters, Sarah and Anna. The Hickeys previously operated The Coffee Potter in New Jersey, recognized as one of the best drive-thru cafés in the country. (BUSINESSDEBUT.COM) Our mission is to create a welcoming space where people can connect and feel valued. Our shop will offer house-made baked goods, savory breakfast and lunch items from local vendors, and popular selections from New York and New Jersey, such as Linda’s Biscotti, fresh New Yorker Bagels, and gluten-free, vegan Energy Bites.
