IU Catering's in-house bakery An IU icon for more than 50 years, Sugar and Spice is a tradition in the lives of thousands students, alumni, and their families. Whether you need a special care package for a student, or some IU trident sugar cookies for a graduation party, or a wedding cake for that next big step in life—we’re here to help you celebrate. Under the direction of Swiss-trained, IU Dining and Catering Chef De Cuisine, Ashley Massie, the bakery prioritizes using local and sustainable ingredients in its creations.
