Bethel's very own Main Street cafe and bakery, established December 2022. Handmade and naturally leavened breads, pastries, bagels with a full espresso bar and 28 cozy seats inside where you can see our open kitchen and watch the baking magic happen. Gemini Cafe is a freshly baked business made possible by hundreds of supporters and volunteers and two very dedicated friends who love to bake. Why GEMINI?Because the Greek mythology of the Gemini twins speak well to the nature of our friendship; they were of one mind who fluidly collaborated well around their craft with good communication and cooperation.
