Poly’s Place Coffee is a new neighborhood coffeehouse with a fun nostalgic vibe housed within an old gas station. At Poly’s we strive to “brew happiness” as we serve great coffee from beans that have been locally roasted by our friends at Big Sky Coffee Roasters. In addition to smooth, yummy coffee we will offer delicious non-coffee beverages, fresh bakery items, breakfast food, light lunch, grab’ngo items & Wilcoxins ice cream (seasonal). At Poly’s Place we seek to live out our mission to genuinely care about each person who walks through our door while providing a nostalgic atmosphere that will encourage our neighbors to gather and interact. Poly’s will evoke past memories while providing a fun space to create new memories!
