Operated by SOS Care’s Employment Division, our fully equipped barista truck is on a mission to train adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, providing them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the community. Every event is an opportunity for our interns to showcase their talents while you enjoy our signature Independence Brew, along with a menu that includes lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, and more—all prepared with care and a spirit of inclusion.
