About

Der Hoffskeller is a family owned coffee shop located on the ground floor of our historic 100+ year old barn. Stop by during our open hours for our signature German Norwegian style coffee, fresh produce, baked goods, and a tour of the farm! It’s a great local experience and day trip. We use a custom built Dutch oven to roast our coffee, which is the same way coffee was roasted in the 17th century when it first reached Germany and Norway. Almost all coffee is roasted in large industrial coffee roasting machines today. Combined with the Arabica supremo grade beans we source from Colombia, it creates a rich and smooth coffee.
